Each level of the Flow Software Partner Program comes with a different set of benefits, which may include but are not limited to, training resources, marketing support, and discounted pricing on Flow Software products and services.
Flow Software reserves the right to modify the requirements and benefits of each Partner level at any time and will make reasonable efforts to provide ninety (90) days' written notice to the Partner.
All partners begin as Registered. The requirements to become a Registered Partner are basic and include signing the Flow Partner Agreement, onboarding with the Flow Software team, and promoting Flow Software within the Partner's market.

Partners may apply to become a Certified Partner. To achieve Certified Partner status, the Partner must meet the following requirements:

Reserved for our early adopter System Integrators that designate Flow as a strategic offering.
Designation of Founder status is solely at the discretion of Flow Software.
Partner may advance to a higher partner level based on written acknowledgement by Flow Software. Such advancement shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Any advancement shall not modify or affect any existing invoices that were issued under the previous partner level. Existing quotes will receive appropriate level of discount when Partner advances.
If a Partner fails to meet the requirements of their Partner level, they will be given a 180-day grace period to remedy the issue. If the issue is not remedied by the end of the grace period, the Partner's status will be downgraded to the appropriate level, and any outstanding quotes will be updated to reflect the appropriate discount. Registered Partners will be removed from the Partner Program and must meet Certified Partner Requirements before being reconsidered for program membership.
